Bill,
Are these parts used with a GM wiper delay module? I've been looking for these also. I have 4 of these modules and none of them work. The GM part numbers of the modules are either 14013166 or 14056557. The circuit boards have the S193 3-pin transistor and the 14 pin IC. I think the S193 is a voltage regulator but that is a guess. On 2 of them, the 14 pin IC on mine is marked RQ8311 Motorola and above that it's marked 85-6019-12. I'm not sure which is the part number on the IC. I'd bet one of those markings is a date or mfg code of some type. The IC in the other 2 of them is RCA CD4001BE which is available from Newark. I have not found any info on that S193 transistor.

Hi there, thanks for the intro. I am having trouble locating a transistor and IC. They are S193 and RQ8237, respectively. S193 I believe is a power transistor and RQ8237 is a 14 pin IC. The transistor has a marking on it that looks like a T. and the IC has an M (Motorola ?). Anyways, I have been searching for a while to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks again,
Bill
