Giant Crane – The Powerful Robot with 29 Joints!

For your information, this giant crane is really a huge buddy, with its height (Including the arms) over 4 meters high! It’s a four-legged, two-armed robot with 29 functioning joints. By using the long-stretched arms, it can be used to pick off any heavy construction material, which the weight is not exceed 100 kg!
Tadano, the company who invented this giant crane had given a very cool name for this robot, “Robotops”. They claimed that Robotops is the first crane-type robot that able to walk.
Robotops is fully-operated by remote control and equipped with three CCD cameras. Those three cameras were located in the body and in each hand! It is possible using the Robotops to perform particular dangerous jobs that nobody want to do it.
According to Tadano, the company hasn’t announce the price for the Robotops yet, but they said the price will be reasonable and afforded by most of the construction companies! [therawfeed]
